The Venue

The Sunshine Ranch is a fantastic Ceremony & Reception Venue situated in picturesque Horsefly, nestled in the Cariboo. Open May to September to Weddings /Ceremonies (including LGBT), Anniversaries, Bar / Bat Mitzvahs, Birthdays, Corporate Events, & Engagement Parties, we offer several unique venues in a country setting that you and your guests will remember for years to come. The Sunshine Ranch provides you with the use of a private saloon, private lake, the Little Horsefly River, horse-drawn carriages, the barn and a long list of other wonderful amenities. Each location trimmed in all the details coordinated by our professional staff.

Our facility has a maximum capacity of 150 guests. We offer Ceremony Sites, Reception Barn, Catering and Bartender Service. The Reception Barn has all the tables and chairs, linen and dishes. No running around to look for rentals it is all included. The Ranch has a open Barn for happy hour or in case of bad weather you can hold the Ceremony under a roof. We have more than enough parking for all of your guests and wedding entourage. If your guests are staying at one of Horsefly’s lovely accommodations, drivers are available to take them there afterwards.
